The Via Francesco Sforza property was designed by the architect Mozzoni right after the first war world on the sediments of the historic “Palazzo Besana” irremediably compromised during the bombings. The garden and the dependence with independent entrance on Via Andreani are still recognizable today. The building is under control of Heritage Office.

The overall restoration project, in addition to the complete maintenance of the facades of the building facing the main street and the inner villa, is made up of some interesting specific modifications such as the redesign of the access ramp to the garages and a design solution that reflects the crowning of the building as inhabited space.
