Penthouse, Milano, 2015

The apartment is at the top floor of an historical building. The project had the aim to renovate the roof top and took this opportunity for a drastic transformation of the interior spaces of the apartment. A new loft was retrieved from the living area which allows access to the terrace obtained from a part of the roof previously accessible only for operational needs.

The interior is characterized by the custom-made design of the furnishing, white painted beams contrasts with the wooden floor. The large master bedroom in the penthouse is equipped with a private bathroom characterized by a tiny window, whose brightness has been emphasized by the insertion of a velux window within the roof top.
