The aim of the architectural project is to achieve an apartment of great size, a space that can accommodate in comfort of the family living abroad occasionally, for short periods, returns to town. Instead of two rooms the studio got a small study and a bathroom, it is a space where natural light is the leading subject, the three large windows rocker dematerialize the wall on the street. The “box” was designed in full detail; the permanent furnishings were custom made: the library, whose horizontal fillings are markedly accentuated in the thickness, expands the space; the movable doors to constitute a large container which frames the entrance door, red, such as the glove niche. The galley kitchen takes up the skillful play of geometries, highlighted by stained oak elements. Finally, the bathroom, in black and white resin, receives light from the large window on the bottom and a skylight, proceeds from the “block” cuisine.

Overall this little operation has given the changing nature of this space that lends itself to being a meeting place, during the day, and a lovely suite, in the night.
