The existing single-family house, built in the early 1970s, develops almost entirely on a single level.
The project reorganizes some of the existing spaces by varying the size and redefining the interior design.
The new kitchen, with custom-made furnishings, is characterized by formal and clean lines with a black and white volume play. They counterpoint the two walls entirely covered with oak wood.
The hallway has been enriched by a custom-made cabinet-bookcase, with white lacquered shelves framing the doors in the oak wood. Through the door and the glass doorway you can see the interior of the kitchen. Space is embellished by copper fabric panels that, through a transparency game, allow the view of the stair.
The bathroom, completely redesigned, is characterized by the material and color contrast between the black Port Laurent marble, the oak floor and the ceramic.
The custom-made furnishings for the bedrooms and the wardrobe are featured by doors and wenge wood elements with white lacquered inserts and eco-leather details. Some integrated LED strips inside the furniture enables functional automated lighting.
