The building built at the beginning of the 1970’s has undergone a general restyling and renovation.
The concept design deliberately maintains the characteristics of the original building’s facade, characterized by ribbon windows and pronounced string courses.
The new design project further emphasized the horizontality through the coating of the string courses with copper-colored aluminum panels made with Eurabuild PVDF2L profiles by Euramax.
To balance the horizontal course emphasized by the ribbon windows and stringcourses, a ventilated façade was created using big vertical aluminium panels by Kalzip FC with HPC (High Performance Color) finish in Black Grey M353 colour.
Vertical profiles with an asymmetrical positioning were placed on the facade to further balance the horizontal elements.
The facade closures are made of new Schuco AWS 65 aluminium frames with thermal break profile and selective glass.
The different floors have been subjected to general strip-out activity, to the renovation of the plant engineering components and to a custom made design for the interiors.
