The Viale Tunisia apartment is part of a historical building dated back into the thirties.

The client need was to redesign the existing floor plan to accommodate a young couple. The proposed solution was to standardize the furnishing design custom-stained oak with essence of natural oak parquet.

Even the design of the sliding doors of the outer track of the various rooms was designed to maximize the usable space.

Specific attention was dedicated to the kitchen with cabinets on two staggered levels to mark the different quality and colors of the materials.

Lastly, the redevelopment of the terrace has created a new outdoor space in the living room area with the installation of artificial wood flooring.
